Questions
- Can you see my prompts?
- No. Your library is kept on your computer, encrypted, and never on our servers. There’s no account and no tracking. Text only leaves your computer when you choose to send it, for example to a cloud AI provider.
- Do I need a card to try Pro?
- No. Every download starts with 14 days of Pro, with every limit lifted. You only give your email, so we can send you the download link. We don’t email you anything else unless you tick the box for news. After 14 days, PromptMason moves to the Free plan unless you buy Pro.
- Does it run on Mac or Linux?
- Not yet. PromptMason is for Windows today, and Mac and Linux versions are coming soon.
- How long does the launch price last?
- Pro is normally $9 a month or $89 a year. Buy during the launch and you pay $7 a month or $69 a year, for as long as you stay subscribed, even after the launch offer ends.
- How does sharing work, and does everyone need Pro?
- You share a library through a folder in cloud storage you already use, and invite people to it. Everyone runs PromptMason on their own computer. A shared library counts toward each person’s Free limits, so a team that shares more than 25 blocks or 15 prompts needs Pro for each person.
- What if Pro isn’t right for me?
- Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund. How refunds work
- Is anything missing from Free?
- No feature. Free has everything Pro has, sharing included, with room for 25 blocks and 15 prompts. Pro lifts the limit.
- What happens to my library if I go back to Free?
- Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 25 blocks or 15 prompts, you can still see, search and export everything, but you can't add, edit or copy until you buy Pro or delete some.
- Can I use Pro on more than one computer?
- Yes. Pro is for one person, on up to 3 of their own computers. Your key turns on Pro on each one, and your library stays in step between them through your own cloud storage, such as OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox. Use your library on a second PC
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the link in your receipt email. You keep Pro until the end of the month or year you paid for.
